What Great Tunes, 70's Night At Zorro's Tavern And DJ Janis Short Had A Little Secret!

DJ Janis Short

Those beautiful 70s songs always make a great night and DJ Janis Short had some of the very best in her set of tunes at Zorro's Tavern tonight. Gerry Rafferty's  Baker Street, The Eagles Hotel California, Bruce Springsteen's Born to Run, Don McLean's Vincent,  Neil Young's Heart of Gold , Elton John's Your Song, Albert Hammond's It Never Rains in Southern California, Cat Steven's Wild World and many more!

Of course our brilliant DJ Janis has some great stories to tell us, as she was a real life reporter for a famous Music Magazine and she met the rock stars in real life.  Tonight she told us that one song had been written especially for her by Jimmy Campbell. Yes he wrote 'New Girl Writing Me Letters' just for her! Janis you are a legend!
