Valentine's Day At The West End Club

The New West End Club was transformed by Clive Hissop into a winter wonderland last Saturday night for the Valentine’s Day Ball. The club was a shimmering, shining, magical place, with icy palaces, sparkling chandeliers and a frosty, snow covered floor scattered with rose petals.
Despite all the snow and ice the atmosphere was anything but chilly. Love was in the air and avatars were only encouraged even more by the club decor to snuggle up with each other and keep warm. DJ Janis Short put everyone in the mood for love with romantic music by Barry White, Snow Patrol and 10cc (oh, those things we do for love!) and host Cutewillow Carlberg welcomed guests to the club.
The ladies were beautiful in their finery and the men looked very smart in their tuxedos. There was even one well dressed amphibian in the crowd. Kermit the Frog made an appearance, happily dancing to the great music, but he was without his love, Miss Piggy. Is there trouble in paradise?
It was a night of romance, companionship and affection, a very happy Valentine’s day.
